Engagements
Free EPR Obligation Assessment
A free 30-minute structured call in which we walk through your product categories, packaging materials, supply geography, and annual revenue to determine whether you have an obligation under O. reg 391/21 and the Federal Plastics Registry. No forms, no delays.
Written Obligation Determination
Delivered within 5 business days of the assessment call. A formal written memo - structured as a legal opinion - confirming your producer status, material categories, applicable thresholds, exemption position, and recommended compliance pathway. This document is your primary defence in the event of an RPRA inquiry.
Compliance Programme Build
Registration with RPRA and your selected PRO (Circular Materials, Landbells, Ryse or EnviroFocus). Supply data collection template configured to your SKU and packing profile. Baseline supply weight calculation for the current reporting year. Documentation architecture established - file structure, record retention protocol, audit trail.
Annual Reporting and Submission
Annual collection of supply weight data from your operations team. Material category analysis and fee calculation. Report preparation and submission to RPRA and your PRO by the May 31 deadline. Federal Plastics Registry submission by September 29. Compliance confirmation memo issued to your team after each submission cycle.
Regulatory Monitoring and Programme Maintenance
Quarterly regulatory briefs covering material changes to Ontario EPR, Federal Plastics Registry, and your active provinces. Annual programme review including updating your material registry, reviewing your PRO performance, assessing your exposure reduction opportunities. Audit-readiness check ahead of RPRA's 2027 verification regime.
